Job Duties: Assisting routine tasks and the development and management of a suite of business reports across the business.Providing general administration support to Head of ICT for projects and information management across the business.Providing administration and training to support of the ERP.Performs post-implementation support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problemsWorks with vendors to analyse and troubleshoot solutionsEnsuring the accurate and timely maintenance of all systems and recordsUndertaking any other associated duties deemed necessary for the ongoing success of the business.

Qualifications / Experience: Strong Support and training skillsExperience in Excel and SQL Proven experiencing compiling, analysing business reportsProven experience and exposure to Microsoft Office packagesProven interpersonal and communication skillsA methodical mind, with the ability to prioritise workloadPrior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essentialDesirable but not EssentialExposure to BI Reporting ToolsExperience with Linux/UnixBasic Understanding of Document Processing ManagementComputer Science Degree/Discipline
