Job Duties: Responsibility for leading the provision of a comprehensive, safe, secure and available managed ICT service to a range of customers across organizations from within the HSC and NIFRS. The range of customers is likely to continue to grow. This covers a wide range of services to multiple organisations across the region. Where a managed ICT service is provided, the customer organisation's ICT staff have generally transferred to ITS and ITS provide the services that were previously delivered in-house.Responsible for ensuring the management and delivery of BSO commissioned strategic transformational ICT programmes and projects for HSC Regional Bodies, Trusts and NIFRS. The portfolio of projects is planned to continue to grow.

Qualifications / Experience: A university degree in computer science (or equivalent) or relevant professional qualification and worked for at least 3 year's in a senior management role with responsibility for the provision of information & communication technology within a major complex organisation.ORHave at least 5 year's experience in a senior management role with responsibility for the provision of information and communication technology within a major complex** organisation.
