Job Duties: The Senior IT Officer (Network) will ensure the delivery of an effective ICT support service to all Apex departments and work with the Head of ICT to ensure the Apex network is secure, reliable and resilient. The Senior IT Officer (Network) will deputise for the Head of ICT.

Qualifications / Experience: HND or Degree in an IT discipline, or having passed one or more of the qualifications required for the MCSE plus three years' experience in a corporate IT support role.And At least one year's experience of line management of staff in a customer support environment.OrFive years' experience in a corporate IT support role.And At least one year's experience of line management of staff in a customer support environment.
