Job Duties: The post holder will be responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering a high quality technical support service, which delivers information learning services to staff and students through the College's network. There are also staff supervisory duties, please see job description for full list.

Qualifications / Experience: A qualification at Level 6 or above in Computing and/or Information Technology with at least 2 years experience in network systems management and a working knowledge of server configuration, TCP/IP, PC installation, configuration and management, Microsoft Office products, proxy server, firewalls, security policies, anti-virus strategies, web technology and voice over.ORA qualification at Level 5 or above in Computing and/or Information Technology with least 3 years experience in network systems management and a working knowledge of server configuration, TCP/IP, PC installation, configuration and management, Microsoft Office products, proxy server, firewalls, security policies, anti-virus strategies, web technology and voice over.Please see Person spec for entire list of criteria.
