Job Duties: The employer is: PCR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD.As Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:Install and service printers, photocopiers and large format printers.Configuration and installation of new machines.Progressive maintenance.Responsible for servicing, maintaining and emergency repairs on equipment that are situated at customer sites across Northern Ireland.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.Identifying problems, repairing or replacing damaged components, reassembling equipment, re installing software, and testing the repairs.Be the first point of contact for customers.Maintain a good working relationship with customers to ensure the company is well represented at all times.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job Opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:A full, clean UK driver's licence.Knowledge & understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 OS.Desirable:A good eye for detail.Some commercial exposure either in a professional role or through a placement of ICT software/hardware.Competencies:Enthusiastic and motivated.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Evidence of analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.Evidence of effective planning, organisational and time management abilities.After the initial 6 months training, a full-time job with company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be offered to the successful candidate.
