Job Duties: The Employer is: CONNECTED CARE SOLUTIONS.Assist QA lead in manual user testing of company Apps.Assist QA lead in remote support of company Equipment (Android Tablets).Update company IT equipment remotely.Learn and assist with tools such as MDM and Team viewer.Deal with technical queries from customers.Assist in creating technical user guides, video guides, etc.Phone engagement with potential customers.Support customer organisations with demos, training, etc.Attend project management meetings.Attend Tradeshows in NI and mainland GB.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Good Communication Skills - written and oral.Team working skills - ability to listen, learn and work as part of a team.A-level or equivalent in any subject.Good with computers.Desirable:Worked for at least 6 months in customer facing role.
