Qualifications / Experience: University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification in an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) 1 discipline AND worked for at least 1 year in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) ORHND or recognised equivalent professional qualification in an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) discipline AND worked for at least 2 years in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) ORWorked for at least 5 years in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) at a Band 4 level or equivalent.
