Job Duties: Devising and delivering innovative and engaging digital media content.Production of creative communication by word/photo/video for website and social media.Production and management of marketing campaigns to promote and raise the profile of LaserSmith.Keep company website, sales platforms, and social media content fresh and up to date.Administration of social media activity. Handling customer enquiries. Provide support at events and exhibitions as required.

Qualifications / Experience: A demonstrable experience in creating digital media content.Have a good knowledge of digital platforms including website (Shopify), social media and blogs for business.Able to engage creatively when communicating with various audiences.A high standard of planning/organisation for delivery of campaigns.Essential Criteria:A good communicator who is a team player, self-motivated and able to use own initiative. Creative and organised.Good attention to detail and pride in your work.Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of roles depending on business need.
