Job Duties: Sourcing and ordering of laptops / surface / computers as required for all new starts & upgrades.Setup and manage email accounts and company email groups. Liaise with printer suppliers / maintainers to ensure they are maintained and serviced inline with manufacturers recommendations.Monitor ink toner / cartridges and ensure adequate stock is maintained as required.Provide technical assistance to team for computer / printer queries.Liaise with Nitec (external IT support Team) as required to resolve any technical issues / firewall queries.Order, track and maintain phones for new and existing users.Provide technical guidance / training to users as required.Track monitor and report on monthly usage.Review and negotiate phone contracts and data allowance in line with company demands.Stock and setup remote dongles as required. Develop and maintain IT & Phone master asset list.Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications / Experience: Excellent Microsoft Office skills Relevant IT experience.Ability to take ownership of their duties and work via their own initiative.Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail.Good communication skills.
