Job Duties: Supporting our customers across our multiple product sets.Diagnosing and solve customer technical queries.Responding to our customers technical queries via ticketing system.Meeting Service Level Agreement and Customer Satisfaction targets.Working as part of a high performing team to demonstrate the Learning Pool Values to both customers and colleagues.Occasional weekend will be required on rotation.
Qualifications / Experience: At least 1 year's experience providing technical support to customers.Previous experience working on a ticketing help-desk environment (managing both email and telephone queries).Numeracy and literacy skills: You will have 5 GCSEs grade A to C including Maths and English, or equivalent.Passion for excellent customer care.Excellent communication skills.Be tech savvy.Demonstrate excellent organisation skills.Have an eye for detail and be calm under pressure.
