Job Duties: To manage a multiplicity of concurrent Software Development projects that have been scheduled as part of the ICT programme.To manage the delivery of responsive Software Development and Systems Management service.Take programme management responsibility for the design, development, testing deployment and maintenance of solutions that will meet users' requirements, achieve value for money, are technically robust and comply with relevant standards.

Qualifications / Experience: An ICT related degree or recognised equivalent professional qualificationORWorked for at least 3 years in a Senior ICT role requiring a significant use of management and specialist skillsA Senior ICT role is defined as being Admin & Clerical Grade 6 or higher (or salary equivalent if private sector).
