Job Duties: The employer is: YMCA NEWCASTLE The post will also require develop management and update of social media platforms.Update and maintenance of our website to ensure maximum profile of ongoing and emerging services and programmes to promote on going recruitment and promote the positive achievements of young people aged 7 - 25 years. Duties will also require the implementation of GDPR and safety online, updating centre laptops and online programmes as well as ensuring system monitoring and safeguarding centre laptops and issued devices ensuring appropriate filtering and internet safety restrictions as applicable. Supporting personal and social development programmes that incorporate ICT and internet safety elements with young people aged 7-25 years.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Three GCSES or equivalency in any area (A-C) or equivalent.Ability and demonstration of excellent ICT, systems and social media platform navigation. Knowledge of safeguarding devices and systems in support of internet safety and child protection. Formal qualifications are not required, demonstration of experience is essential.Excellent Communication skills (Verbal, Written, ICT).Creative planning and development skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good programme and development skills.
