Job Duties: The employer is: ROYCROFT MANUFACTURING LTD.Working with the owner (initially) to help develop an e-commerce website to offer the public a large range of products for home crafts.Assisting with managing our social media accounts.Examining, valuing and photographing products.Responsible for creating, uploading and maintaining our products on the new website.Orders and enquiries by telephone and email will need to be handled and goods dispatched by mail.Learning how to invoice customers and ensure customer satisfaction.Keeping accurate records of stock and reconciling sales.Providing email and telephone advice and support to potential and existing customers.Working with the manufacturing team to gain knowledge of the business and value of the products.As this is a new position other duties and responsibilities will emerge.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Good computer and internet skills.Good language skills to ensure pleasant and informative communication with customers.Some experience of website design and development.Honesty and integrity within the workplace and with customers.Desirable:Any relevant achievements/qualifications.E-commerce experience.
