Job Duties: Configuration, build &installation of high-end workstations, laptops & server infrastructure. IT support, Covering hardware and software for laptops, desktops and Office 365 Deployments. Project support - Assist with technical projects and other delegated tasks as required. Planned preventative maintenance- Monitor and maintain business systems, verify daily processing and ensure success of system back-ups.Utilise call logging software to record and resolve user incidents within specified SLA's Liaise with suppliers, log deliveries, mange inventory of IT equipment.Create/update end user / IT general documentation.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues by applying technical expertise, product knowledge, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications / Experience: Working knowledge of and experience in:Desktop OS (Win 10), MAs O/S, UNIX (Ubuntu). Active Directory Web/services with PC/Workstation installation, and a following: * including networking, installs, patches, setups,, inventory management, maintain/ update end user inboard documentation, printer setup/management
