Job Duties: You will be responding to queries from a growing customer base, understanding what the customer is trying to achieve and making this happen for them. This role will involve providing a service to global customers. In your role, you will offer assistance to customers accessing platforms, helping them to navigate and assisting them in participating in relevant learning. Essentially, you will provide a first class customer experience that is friendly and efficient. Respond to technical support tickets via telephone and email. Follow the agreed processes to resolve and/or escalate customer support tickets in line with Service Level Agreement. Diagnose and solve problems quickly and calmly. Develop excellent product knowledge by attending in-house training. Work as part of a high performing team.
Qualifications / Experience: As Technical Support Agent, you will have previous experience providing technical support to customers, ideally having previous experience working from a ticketing help-desk environment managing both email and telephone queries. A passion for excellent customer care. Be IT savvy. Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to work.

Other Information: There are different shift patterns available. These include Mornings 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Sunday. Evenings 9.30pm to 8am on a rota basis and Days 8am and 6pm Monday to Sunday.
