Job Duties: The Employer is: RELATE NORTHERN IRELAND.Work with the Communications & Engagement Officer to support organisation and individual service promotional activities and campaigns.Assist with developing mailing lists and support distribution of organisational updates, newsletters and other promotional material.Assist in the running of surveys to check awareness levels of Relate NI services.Provide administrative support. Support the development of promotional material inc work on Canva.Respond to telephone queries and assist in making contact with relevant organisations within the community, voluntary, statutory and private sectors as directed.Work as part of a team within the Relate NI Business Operations and Communications team.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Educated to GCSE level inc English Language.Good spelling, punctuation & grammar.IT literacy including MS Office, Surveymonkey, Mailchimp, CanvaCommunication skills - both face to face and using the telephone.Experience of social media inc Facebook, Twitter, Linkdin and Youtube.Enthusiasm for developing communication, engagement and marketing skills.
