Job Duties: Responsible for monitoring production processes and activities to ensure customer, legislative and Company expectations are being met (monitoring the quality of raw material through to final product).Responsible for carrying out finished product checks on all product brands and recording findings on quality documentation including product weight checks and label checks.Conducting internal Audits: Glass Hard Plastic AuditsChecking the accuracy of measuring equipment - daily and weekly checksDaily Blade ChecksAssisting with monthly GMP and fabrication auditsConducting Daily start up inspectionsEnsuring traceability information is captured Carry out daily routine checks (temperature monitoring) Responsible for ensuring all corrective actions raised whilst carrying out duties are closed off and agreed by Production/ Quality / Technical Manager. Prepare and assist with customer and BRC audits.

Qualifications / Experience: Ideally 1 years experience in similar role. Have an understanding of Food Hygiene and importance of good Health and Safety practice and procedures.Full training will be provided.
