Job Duties: Smiths Engineering require experienced setters and operators to set up and operate 3 & 5 Axis CNC milling machining centres. The successful candidates will be required to set machines and prove out programs to enable the smooth running of production batches.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must be time served with a minimum of 3 years' programming experience.Competency in finishing and inspecting machined parts.Read and understand technical drawings.Good attention to detail.Working experience of Heidenhain & Vericut.
