Job Duties: Own Health & Safety and Environmental matters in your areas by ensuring all operatives comply with H&S rules and that non-compliance is challenged immediately and reported/escalated as required.Ensure H&S audits are completed as per schedule and assistance given to emergency role calls or the investigation of any accident or near miss as required.Proactively identify and eliminate hazards and ensure the team acknowledges H&S as its top priority.Ensure all team members are developed to the correct standard (Safety, Quality and Rate) and that agreed training programmes are adhered to and discussed as appropriate via the Huddle board.Develop team members to their full potential through positive challenge via SFT and other management techniques such as Hour x Hour Boards, Huddles etc while having a full understanding of these tools and targetsTake immediate action to address any interpersonal conflict on shift and escalate as necessary.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably gained within a highly regulated environment.
