Job Duties: To re-qualify, refurbish and paint refillable welded steel cylinder as per the required standard to meet requirements.Upload/ reload cylinder pallets/ vehiclesIdentify and segregate cylinders for approval to scrapIdentify and segregate cylinders for re-qualification, refurbish or powder coatingInternally/ externally inspect cylindersShot blast cylinders as requiredTare weigh, stencil, valve, gas charge and leak test cylinders before returning to customerCarry out quality checks throughout the production process as requiredReport any quality issues to the charge hand or managerLoad cylinders for scrappingHousekeeping as requiredOther general duties
Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in production/ Manufacturing environmentExperience in Warehouse and Labouring
