Job Duties: We are the largest precast manufacturer in the UK and are looking for Precast ProductionOperatives to join our team.The successful candidates will be tasked with:Operating concrete casting machines and production bedsOperating overhead cranesOperating mobile plantGeneral labouring and housekeeping dutiesEnsuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy stateEnsuring compliance with the Companys policies including Health and SafetyAny other reasonable request made by management

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Be a good team player with the ability to use own initiative.Be hard working and conscientious.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Good time management skills.Desirable Criteria:Previous experience of working in a precast concrete industry.Previous experience of operating Counter Balance Trucks and Sideloaders.First Aid Certificate.
