Job Duties: Set up, running and monitoring of multiple pasteuriser plants.Completing quality checks to ensure the food safety, quality and legality of product. Ensuring all pre-operational monitoring activities, system start-up monitoring activities, in-process monitoring activities are completed in accordance with procedures.Ensuring all sampling and testing procedures are strictly adhered to during the pasteurizing process for food safety and quality assurance purposes.Ensuring effective communication with other key operators and departments.Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in a factory/production machine dominated environment.Good standard of numeracy & literacy skills. Must be able to work alone, with no or minimal supervision and make decisions based on their own initiative.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to complete basic lab tests accurately and efficiently. Flexible in hours of work.
