Job Duties: Ensuring that all production procedures and processes are followed in detailComplete and thorough adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Identifying errors/faults and taking appropriate steps to rectify theseReporting faults in machinery or products to production supervisorCompetently performing all tasks for which training has been completed and signed offMaintaining a clean and tidy work areaClearly communicating with team leader on all aspects of the jobAlways seeking to improve yourself and your performanceAny other reasonable management requests
Qualifications / Experience: Production/manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
