Job Duties: We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our growing Production team on a temporary and permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to operate as part of our expanding team in the production of precast concrete products in accordance with Company standards and targets, adhering to the daily production plan e.g. preparing moulds, pouring concrete, producing all planned products, carrying out tasks effectively and meeting health and safety standards.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Proven experience in a similar rolePrevious experience within a manufacturing or construction industryUnderstanding of Health & Safety at workFlexibility in working hours and strong adaptability skillsGood communication and teamwork experienceWilling to clean and maintain working areaAn understanding of both written and spoken EnglishDesirable Criteria:Previous experience working in precast concrete productionPrevious work experience in civil engineering related projectsThe ability to read technical/construction drawingsExperience with hand / air and power toolsCounterbalance forklift licence or overhead crane licenceCSR / First Aid / Fire Warden Training
