Job Duties: The successful candidate will be tasked with:Operating concrete casting machines and production beds.Operating overhead cranes.Operating mobile plant.General labouring and housekeeping duties.Ensuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state.Ensuring compliance with the Company's policies including Health and Safety.Any other reasonable request made by management.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Be a good team play with the ability to use own initiative.Be hard working and conscientious.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Good time management skills.Demonstrate knowledge of working to and achieving targets and to quality standards.Flexible approach to working hours.Desirable Criteria: Previous experience of working in a precast concrete industry.Previous experience of operating counter balance trucks and overhead gantry cranes.First Aid Certificate.
