Job Duties: To undertake production line operator duties, working safely and in line with the highest standards of current Good Manufacturing Practice to meet agreed production schedules. To work as part of a small production team delivering on Safety, Quality and Productivity performance. Can involve shift operation covering a variety of processes, procedures, and equipment to produce a range of masking tapes for different markets.

Qualifications / Experience: Familiarity with working in a Manufacturing environment would be an advantage.Have a current Reach & Counterbalance LicenseCommunicate well with people at all levelsGood team workerAble to work aloneWorks well in a changing and challenging environmentExcellent attention to detail and follows instructions preciselyIdeally 1 to 3 years' experience of working in a manufacturing environmentWorking shifts would be advantageous To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Preferred - GCSE - 2 A - C (or equivalent, including English / Maths)
