Job Duties: The successful candidates will be tasked with: Operating concrete casting machines and production bedsOperating overhead cranesOperating mobile plantGeneral labouring and housekeeping dutiesEnsuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy stateEnsuring compliance with the Companys policies including Health and SafetyAny other reasonable request made by managementIn return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with:Fixed hours of 7am - 5pm Monday to FridayCompetitive hourly rate for first 40 hours, overtime paid at time and a half thereafterWeekly Production Bonus averaging £70 per week with opportunity to earn moreContributory pension schemeLoyalty Bonus up to £1,000 payable after 3 years£500 Refer a Friend Scheme - payable to both new and referring employeeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEmployee Savings SchemeTraining providedWorkwear providedPermanent roleFixed location
