Job Duties: Responsible for the application of Gel coat, to a finish, on fibreglass moulds and parts.Responsible for fibre-glass lay-up, using a pneumatic spray gun.Ability to identify imperfections.Maintain records of thicknesses of each part.Responsible for in build repairs.Responsible for the safe operation of plant, equipment and/or hand tools associated with the paint-preparation & paint processes. Responsible for compliance with the company's Health and Safety policy procedures.Responsible for undertaking training or retraining associated with the post or the introduction of new working practices.Undertake any other duties conducive with the effective operation of the post.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:4 years relevant experienceExperience of Spray Painting with Preparation knowledge.Knowledge of spray gun set-upCapable of working in a self-managed team.Willing to undertake training.Quality awareness.Flexible and adaptableAble and willing to work overtime when required.Able and willing to work shift patterns
