Job Duties: Operating concrete casting machines and production bedsOperating overhead cranesOperating mobile plantGeneral labouring and housekeeping dutiesEnsuring that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy stateEnsuring compliance with the Company's policies including Health and SafetyObserving and complying with all good working practices within the factoryAny other reasonable request made by management

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Good planning, organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication skillsBe hard working and conscientious Show good initiative and enthusiasmAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work using own initiative and as part of a teamDemonstrate a knowledge of working to and achieving targets and to quality standardsFlexible approach to working hours including nightshift and SaturdaysDesirable Criteria: Previous experience of working in a precast concrete industryPrevious experience of operating counter balance trucksPrevious experience of operating overhead gantry cranesKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing
