Job Duties: Load and run Lathe and Milling machines Operate saws, grinders, and other equipmentDeburr and hand finish component parts to a high standardRead, understand and be able to interpret engineering drawingsInspect components using precision measuring equipment and customer drawings ensuring conformance of product to specification.Compliance with, implementation of, and contribution to improving relevant quality standardsComply with good housekeeping and Health and Safety standards / legislation and contribute to improvementsPerform routine machine/factory maintenance tasks.Concise and accurate record keeping

Qualifications / Experience: Previous mechanical engineering environment experience Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood mechanical dexterity skills Good multi-tasking skillsAbility to work to a high level of accuracy and consistencyAbility to competently read and interpret precision engineering drawings Excellent timekeeping and attendance recordExcellent work ethic
