Job Duties: Vacuum Casting:Operating 001 and 004 machine quickly and efficientlyCreating Rubber MouldsCapable of spotting mould problems and providing effective solutionsQuality: Must ensure parts are straight before being sent for clean up, time permittingEnsure quality of castings including wall thinning, bubbles, insert depth and alignmentMould record Responsible for completion of mould record sheet on SAP sheetStock:Must report when stock falls below the reorder levelLathe:Capable of making stepped inserts
Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience a Machine Operative position
