Job Duties: Responsibilities for this position will include:Testing and measurement of feedstock to ensure optimum efficiencies and gas production are achieved. Ensure proper quality level of gas and pH are maintained. Testing and measurement of water samples to achieve optimum efficiencies while ensuring compliance with environmental requirements. Checking equipment conditions to ensure excellent running efficiency in maintained.Conducting regular inspections to ensure environmental water quality standards are being achieved in accordance with regulations.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must be confident in the use of basic computer programmes for example Microsoft Excel. Applicants must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and possess strong communication skills. A full, valid driving licence is essential.Agricultural knowledge would be a distinct advantage with a mechanical aptitude, experience in operating a tractor, trailer and telehandler all desirable. Whilst full training will be given, some knowledge and/or experience of anaerobic digestor plants would be advantageous.
