Job Duties: The employer is: SPECDRUM LTD.Correctly operate machine to manufacture component parts for production to required quality standards in accordance with work instruction provided.Read, understand & correctly implement technical drawings.Handle, transport & store component parts as per training & instruction.Maintain work equipment & a safe & well organised workstation.Complete daily safety checks to ensure machine & work equipment is in good working order & submit all necessary check sheets as required.Follow instructions provided by supervisor.Work in accordance with relevant risk assessments & safe systems of work as per Health & Safety training & instruction.Comply with company policies & procedures.Other duties within reason & capability as agreed with the General Manager/Supervisor. You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.Work pattern:Day shift Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm & Fri 8am-2pmEvening shift Mon-Thurs 3pm-12am & Fri 12pm-6pm
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent.Desirable:Valid Forklift Truck licence.Previous experience of operating work machinery.Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.Operational use of cranes, abrasive wheels, air & hand tools.
