Job Duties: The employer is: BROIGHTER GOLD RAPESEED OIL.Training will be given whilst working with machines for bottling oils, creating products, measuring out ingredients, capping, and lifting boxes, creating orders for dispatch (up to 20kg), using the portal and database to log orders.Working on Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft word, office, and Microsoft works packages.Xero accounts Purchase ledger, invoicing, amending invoices, and processing payments.Creating orders in-house, upselling, and dealing with online orders.Shopify website updating, creating offers, and amending details as and when required.Social media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ¿ uploading, creating, and scheduling posts.This list is not exhaustive, and the applicant will deal with any/all queries or responsibility that should arise within the role whilst working closely and under the supervision of the Business Owner whilst being trained.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Typewriting skills, letter writing, attention to detail, and an excellent phone manner. Level 2 Hygiene in Food SafetyExperience working with:Sage, Xero Accounts, Excel, Paypal, Microsoft word, Outlook, Shopify.Marketing knowledge with social media such as Facebook Business, Instagram, Twitter would be an added advantage.An understanding of working in a food environment, with previous skills and knowledge in accreditations such as SALSA Food Accreditation.Ability to work to deadlines, and own initiative.Manual handling will be required (up to 20kg).An attitude to be part of a busy, growing, and exciting family business, where you want to see it grow and be part of that process.
