Job Duties: Will assist Operating Department Manager to ensure that all Trust Policies and Procedures are implemented and adhered to by all members of staff in relation to reporting of accidents/incidents, fire prevention, control of absence, health and safety at work, confidentiality, hospital disaster plan, control of infection etc.Use Trust wide and Departmental Computer technology in line with the Trusts Information Managers and Technology Strategy.In absence of Operating Department Manager, will delegate appropriate responsibility and authority to the levels of staff within his/her control, consistent with effective decision-making whilst retaining accountability and responsibility for results.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
