Job Duties: Assist the Manager in the 24 hour, day-to-day management of the Service, including Out Of Hours On Call, in accordance with the Belfast HSC Trusts Policy & Procedures.Assist the Manager with the completion and review of Assessments, Person Centered Plans, and the implementation of Individual Care / Support Plans and associated Risk Assessments. Ensuring standards of care, support and supervision are appropriate to meet Service Users assessed needs.Carry out regular financial audits of the Service users finances and to ensure records are maintained in accordance with the Belfast Trust Policies and Procedures.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: Professional qualification i.e. CSS, CQSW, Diploma in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy.
