Job Duties: To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own clinical and professional work, including management of clients in your care and monitor the work of others within the team.To have responsibility for managing a complex clinical caseload and using highly developed organisational, prioritisation and delegation skills to plan own workload, managing competing priorities clinically, managerially and professionally to ensure client care and treatment is carried out in an efficient, effective and timely manner in line with Trust priorities policies and procedures and statuary legislation.
