Job Duties: To provide clinical nursing leadership and be a professional role model to all nursing staff.To take responsibility for monitoring, maintaining and improving where necessary, high standards and quality of nursing care with agreed policies, ensuring safe evidence-based practice. This will be enabled by appropriate deployment and supervision of staff.To ensure all patient care, including discharge planning, is effective, by involving the multi-disciplinary team and other agencies as required.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered Children's Nurse on Part 1 of NMC Register.3 years' post registration experience within an acute paediatric setting.
