Job Duties: Will work in direct support of the Management team for Community and Partnerships.Co-ordinates a Multi-Professional Team promoting effective interdisciplinary and interagency relationships to ensure clients receive a responsive and seamless service.To Offer caseload and workload supervision as well as clinical supervision to the standards set out by the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.
Qualifications / Experience: Five years post qualifying experience as a mental health Nurse (i.e. First Level Nurse whose name is entered on part 1), Social worker (CQSW, Dip in SW, CSS) or Occupational therapist and registered with the appropriate body e.g. NMC, NISCC. Has a minimum of two year's Band 6 experience in Mental Health or addiction Services including the supervision of staff.
