Job Duties: To assist the Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective and efficient management of mental health & addiction services by implementing all statutory and regulatory requirements, managing the budget and resources efficiently and supporting the Manager, Deputy Manager and staff team to achieve the organisational strategy. The Senior Project Worker will assist the Manager and Deputy Manager to promote and implement Recovery by using a strengths based person centred approach.

Qualifications / Experience: A Professional qualification for example:Professional Social Work Qualification and registered on the appropriate part of NISCCFirst level registered Nurse on the appropriate part of nursing and midwifery council registerA qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPCAnd A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a health and social care setting. OrBe educated to QCF/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a related subject for e.g. care plus a minimum of 4 years' experience in a social care setting.Experience of liaising with statutory and other voluntary agencies.Have an understanding of managing monies.Have proven experience of motivating Services Users.
