Job Duties: The post holder will work solely in the community providing a consultant service as part of the Coleraine CMHT. Two of the Trust's nine Adult CMHTs are accredited with the Royal College of Psychiatrists for Community Mental Health Services (ACOMHS). The Coleraine CMHT is planning to apply for accreditation under ACOMHS.This is an existing consultant post. The previous post older retired in 2021. He/she will act as clinical lead, together with the team leader and will be supported by 0.5 WTE specialty doctor and a training grade doctor (as allocated by NIMDTA). The post holder will work solely in the CMHT and will not have responsibilities for inpatients.

Qualifications / Experience: Membership of Royal College of Psychiatrists United Kingdom/Ireland or equivalent qualification or trainingFull Registration with the GMC and a license to Practice (must hold both at appointment)Full registration or eligibility for registration (must be registered at time of appointment) with the General Medical Council (GMC), London and a License to Practice
