Job Duties: Ensure that all referrals are monitored, prioritised and managed effectively to deliver an evidence-based service underpinned by the principals of governance.Delegate the clinical caseload on a day to day basis ensuring adequate cover and equity of service for different geographical sites.Actively manage/oversee the care of patients presenting with complex tissue viability problems.Provide advice, support to clients as well as to generic and specialist professionals, and agencies providing care for clients with a Tissue Viability problem in Belfast Trust.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
