Job Duties: Support the Integrated Care Team Manager with the implementation and delivery of high quality and safe integrated care as provided by a geographical team of district nursing, occupational therapy, social work/social care/and supporting administrative and clerical staff. This will include ensuring robust local processes are in place to support the delivery of high quality and safe care in accordance with the discharge of statutory functions and all requisite standards. These standards will include those of DHSPSSNI, the Health and Social Care Board and all relevant regulatory and professional bodies.
Qualifications / Experience: A minimum of three years post registration experience at Band 6 or equivalent assessing and treating adults with a range of medical conditions and/or physical disabilities who are living in the communityA minimum of 1 years' experience of staff management/ supervisory role.BSc (Hons) or Dip COT in Occupational Therapy OR related Degree with post graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy Be on the live Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) register.
