Job Duties: To work without direct supervision, to plan and organise delivery of defined nutritional interventions for a designated clinical caseload.As delegated, provision of ongoing assessment, evaluation, management and discharge of patients. Qualifications / Experience: GCSE English Language and Mathematics (Grades A-C) or equivalent.Trained in nutrition-related subjects at Qualifications and Credit Framework QCF (QCF) Level 3, or above eg. Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Health & Social Care, Home Economics and 2 years relevant health and social care experience at AfC band 3 or equivalent.ORTrained in nutrition-related subjects at QCF Level 4, or above eg.
