Job Duties: Role models and enables effective communication with patients and relatives to assist in their understanding of their illness, care and treatment. Adopts a questioning approach to existing practices and constantly seeks ways of improving care delivery based on available evidence.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered Nurse on NMC Register Part 1 (Adult or Paediatric) Or Registered ODP on HCPC Register And Have 3 years post registration experience 2 of which are within a Perioperative Environment.
