Job Duties: Provide strong professional and managerial leadership across the Emergency Departments. Play a key role in the development of nursing services within the Speciality and contribute to the strategic direction for nursing within the organisation including responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of professional standards of practice and safe and effective care.

Qualifications / Experience: 6 years experience at middle nursing management (band 6 or above) Or 3 years experience at senior nursing management (band 7 or above) within an Acute Hospital setting in a major complex organisation.
