Job Duties: This is a replacement Consultant post for the Causeway anaesthetic service.Anaesthetic sessions may be offered in a range of specialties including general surgery, obstetrics & gynaecology, urology, dental day case surgery and ENT. These may be in Causeway Hospital, or the Mid Ulster Hospital. See attached job plan.Time will be available within the job plan for administration, audit, the successful applicant will work according to an agreed timetable in all areas of the department's sphere of activity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteria:Fellow of the Royal College of AnaesthetistsOr equivalent qualification.AndEntry on the GMC Specialist Register for Anaesthesia via CCT (proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of interview date)CESR or European Community RightsFull registration or eligibility for registration (must be registered at time of appointment) with the General Medical Council (GMC), London and a License to Practice.
