Job Duties: The Nurse Bank Coordinator will be responsible for the management of bank and agency provision across the WHSCT and the management of the nurse bank office.The post holder will provide leadership within the Trust in relation to the provision of temporary staffing across Nursing and Midwifery Directorates. They will lead on service development, including the expansion of the nurse bank across all Nursing and Midwifery Directorates.
