Job Duties: Maintain links with Specialist Neurologists and Neurology Specialist Nurses within Northern Ireland.Attendance at specialist neurology clinics throughout Region providing emotional and practical support to individuals and families affected by a rare neurological condition.

Qualifications / Experience: A professional qualification in a care profession such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy and be on a Live Register AndHave at least three years experience (within the last five years) working with patients/clients who have a physical disability in an acute / community setting.OrHave at least three years experience (within the last five years) working with patients who have a complex neurological condition, in an acute or community setting AndA recognised management qualification or staff management experience extending over at least 2 years.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
