Job Duties: Assist the ED Sister / Charge Nurse to develop person-centred care within the ward / department. Promote a caring environment where equality and diversity issues are respected and patients / clients and their carers are enabled to be partners in their care.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the live NMC Register.Have three years post-registration experience within Emergency Care OR Have three years post registration experience within an acute setting, 2 years of which must be within Emergency Care Demonstrate the ability to provide effective leadership skills or management training to meet the needs of the post in full.
